Headquarters
Guild Associates, Inc. is headquartered on an 11-acre laboratory and
production complex in Dublin, Ohio. The company is the sole occupant of
a 53,000SF building with 35,000 SF dedicated to manufacturing
operations. The balance is used for engineering and administrative
activities. Guild also has a satellite IR&D facility located in
Charleston, South
Carolina.

The focus of Guild’s Charleston facility is
biotechnology, protein and proteomic research, proteomic and molecular
biology research and biosensors. Guild Associates began planning this
laboratory in 1998 with the acquisition of key laboratory components.
The laboratory commenced operation in January, 2001. In 2005, the
laboratory began offering protein and proteomic services.
